Bob and Jon at the Foundary holding a 18th century musket, and my facination with spoons. The Wythe house- basket weaving, (not usual at this time but wanted to demonstrate how baskets are made)
At the Wythe home, Presidents Washington and Jefferson were mentored by Mr. Wythe! I loved these dolls on a dresser upstairs.
Lunch at the inn- Brunswick stew- (unfortunately - ha ha) they didn't have possum! Just made of chicken and the corn bread was to DIE for! My hubby had a GREAT beer that can only be found in two places! Here and in Pennsylvania.Dinner out at the City Grill- OH LA LA!! Beef tenderloin with crab cake, mashed potatoes, served on corn bread and steamed veggies with a glass of wine! PIGGY HEAVEN!! Lovingly written by just me...just jane.

I am glad you guys are having a great time! It just seems wrong that we aren't there with you! :o( We miss you!
Williamsburg is a wonderful place to visit! :) Looks like you all are having a great time. Enjoy the rest of your vacation!
Looks like you had a great vacation! Mine is far less exciting. However, Emma and I went to Frankenmuth Monday & Tuesday. We did Bronner's and the Bavarian Inn, plus at Emma's request(?!) to the Frankenmuth Museum. We had fun. Am going to my folks for Easter weekend.
By the way, it's hard to believe how grown up Jon is looking!
