The Lord is My Pace Setter
I shall not rush.
He makes me stop for quiet intervals.
He provides me with images of stillness which restore my serenity.
He leads me in the way of efficiency through calmness of mind and
His guidance is peace.
Even though I have a great many things to accomplish each day,
I will not fret, for His presence is here.
His timelessness,
His all importance will keep me in balance.
He prepares refreshment and renewal in the midst of my activity by
anointing my mind with His oils of tranquility.
My cup of joyous energy overflows.
Truly harmony and effectiveness shall be the fruits of my hours
for I shall walk
in the Pace of my Lord and dwell
in His house forever.
I came across this on Women in Leadership on this website:
I loved it! I was definately something I need to committ to memory and remember
HE is in control...not Just Jane!

Hello, "JustJane."

It's "JustDeanna", from the Arctic North! I've been lurking on your blog, thinking I might start one of my own. I'm not sure I'd have anything wonderful to say, though.

I'm going to an all-day crop this Saturday! I told Randy & Emma that Saturday was MINE! I'm already packing up my stuff, so I can actually be organized. I'm really looking forward to it.

It sounds like you're staying busy! My latest plans are that Emma & I will probably drive down to TN during her Spring break time. I'm putting away the pennies for gas right now. (Although at the current price of gas, maybe I should be putting away $20 bills!)

Well, I'd better go...Take care!
